Wendy is a qualified counselor in New Zealand, bringing years of experience in mental health and holistic healing.

Nicole is a holistic social worker and Soul Contract reader, guiding people to understand their energetic blueprints and life paths.

Both have lived experience with being out of alignment and experiencing high levels of anxiety. They blend evidence-based techniques with an open-minded, holistic approach to help you navigate anxiety and step into self-empowerment.
